Our in-house benefit analysis models translates the complex layers of calculations involved in the renewal process so that we can equip you to better understand clearly what is a fair price and what is not.

What if our Benefit plan needs change?

How much does a Benefits plan cost?

Through our in-house Group Benefit analysis models, we review your claims usage and coverage every 6 months prior to your renewal date. This process allows us to give recommendations on how to mitigate any possible price increases and plan design changes. From here, we will assess renewal, negotiation or explore other solutions.  We are here to advocate for you and will provide you with the ongoing support and guidance that you need.

Depending on the plan and the coverage you are seeking, we estimate that the plan cost would be between 3-6% of your payroll. Let's set up a discovery call to speak about your specific needs and assess what is appropriate for your business and Employees.
